This charming 1-bedroom vacation studio is located in Mollis, Glarnerland, 45 minutes from Zurich, bordering the Walensee region. Within a few minutes drive from the studio you can reach the various leisure activities and hiking and winter sports areas in Glarnerland, Heidiland, the Flumserberge and Amden-Weesen. The studio is the ideal starting point for a varied and diverse leisure program throughout the year. A private parking space as well as a private roof terrace with a view of the Glarus Alps, a fully and high quality equipped VIPP kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction hob, a large fridge, an espresso machine, a queen size bed with linen bedding, a rain shower, free natural soaps and shampoo from Soeder Zurich as well as a shared garden with barbecue bowl are just some of the amenities that await you in the studio! Enjoy the beautiful region to the fullest, let your mind wander and your soul unwind.

We live in the same house, but the studio is on a separate floor with a separate entrance (top floor, street level, no stairs), and only the garden is shared (lowest floor). The garden is used only by you and us and is accessible by stairs.

It's the perfect spot for various little one-day excursions in the area.

In summer there are beautiful mountain roads for road trips, crystal clear lakes to swim or stunning mountains to hike.

In winter there are multiple options for skitouring or ski resorts nearby you can choose from. There is a swim and spa place just 5 minutes from the apartment which also hosts an indoor boulder & climbing hall.

Among other things, we even have a small fine selection of wine, liquor, non-alcoholic drinks, chocolate, and snacks ready for you (at an extra charge). There is NO TV set, but there is WIFI to cover all your WIFI needs and a small selection of German and English reads, wool finches, linen bag, shopping baskets, umbrellas, laptop stand, Apple MagicMouse, Apple MagicKeyboard, Sissel Ergo pillow, hair dryer, yoga mat, and yoga blocks.

Two vintage racing bikes incl. basket, lock and bike lights for free use during your stay (only seasonally available, at your own risk and liability).

After every five nights, there is a free intermediate cleaning if you stay at least nine nights. Consumables are replenished, and towels are replaced at the same time. The bed linen is changed every second cycle.

Bring backpacks and good shoes to be prepared for some epic hikes, your swimming suit for a dive in the beautiful lakes around here (we have beach towels for you), or in the nearby indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities, or warm clothes in wintertime, and even your skis! There are hiking maps and books in the studio waiting for you. On our website and Insta, you will find few local favorites as well of ours!

The studio is the perfect stay for one or two adults - the studio is not suitable for children, pets, or more than two adults.

In wenigen Fahrminuten erreichst du vom Studio aus die verschiedensten Freizeitaktivitäten und Wander- und Wintersportgebiete im Glarnerland, Heidiland, den Flumserbergen und Amden-Weesen. Das Studio ist der ideale Ausgangsort für ein abwechslungsreiches und vielfältiges Freizeitprogramm das ganze Jahr durch. Ein privater Parkplatz sowie eine private Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Glarner Alpen, eine komplett und hochwertig ausgestattete VIPP-Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Induktionskochfeld, ein grosser Kühlschrank, eine Espressomaschine, ein Queensize-Bett mit Leinen-Bettwäsche, eine Regendusche, kostenlose Naturseifen und Shampoo von Soeder Zürich sowie ein gemeinsamer Garten mit Grillschale sind nur einige der Annehmlichkeiten, die dich im Studio erwarten! Geniesse die wunderschöne Region in vollen Zügen, lasse deine Gedanken schweifen und die Seele baumeln.

Wir wohnen im selben Haus, aber das Studio befindet sich auf einer separaten Etage mit einem separaten Eingang (oberste Etage, Strassenlevel, keine Treppe), einzig der Garten ist gemeinsam (unterste Etage). Der Garten wird nur von dir und uns benutzt und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar.

Im Studio gibt es unter anderen auch eine kleine, feine Auswahl an Wein, Spirituosen, alkoholfreien Getränken, Schokolade und Snacks (gegen Aufpreis). Es gibt KEINEN Fernseher, aber WIFI und eine kleine Auswahl an deutschem und englischem Lesematerial, Wollfinken, Leinentasche, Einkaufskorb, Regenschirme, Laptopständer, Apple MagicMouse, Apple MagicKeyboard, Sissel-Ergo-Kissen, Haarfön, Yogamatte, Yogablöcke.

Zwei vintage Rennvelos inkl. Körbli, Schloss und Velolichter zur freien Benutzung während deines Aufenthaltes (nur saisonal verfügbar, auf eigene Gefahr und Haftung).

Jeweils nach fünf Nächten gibt es eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung, wenn du mindestens neun Nächte bleibst. Im gleichen Zug werden die Verbrauchsmaterialien aufgefüllt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Bettwäsche wird in jedem zweiten Zyklus gewechselt.

Das Studio ist perfekt für ein oder zwei Erwachsene - es ist nicht geeignet für Kinder, Haustiere oder für mehr als zwei Erwachsene.
